In order to become eligible for a referral to any family, our applicants must pass our extensive screening process. We take time in selecting the best candidates and present only those who we feel reflect our great reputation among our clients.

 We require all of our applicants to obtain the following:

1. Fill out  a written application
2. Have a minimum of two years of experience attained
3. Be personally interviewed by a licensed  and trained counselor
4. Provide a minimum of 3 references (both personal and employment)
5. Pass a criminal background check

Background check report includes:
- County court criminal search: Felony & Misdemeanor for 7 years
- Social security verification
- Social security trace
- Driving history report
